Hi, l have been taking Ritalin for a while and my mouth is dry as a side effect. This is easily solved with a sip of water of course but . . l notice that it effects the health environment in my mouth and l fear for carius or gum problems. How can this be prevented or improved. Does anyone know?

You can try drinking milk instead of water. Milk usually leave a sticky liquid feeling in ur mouth.

Do you want to trade in your health and longevity just because some teacher thinks you have a hard time ''staying on task''?
Ritalin = meth
Go to a nutritionist and be tested for food allergies.

Chew sugar free gum or suck on sugar free hard candy.
